Effective May 1st , 2008 Flin Flon Public Library will begin charging non-resident fees to those patrons who live Outside the boundaries of the City of Flin Flon, Town of Creighton, Village of Denare Beach & Cranberry Portage. These are patrons who fall under any of the following: Big Island, Schist Lake, Bakers Narrows or are Temporary Residents -Summer residents -Students -Visitors to the area $40.00 for a $20.00 for an Family per year Individual per year
